Velsor Properties buys four buildings in Chantilly

Velsor Properties of Chantilly announced they and their investors recently bought four buildings in Sully Business Park in Chantilly for $15 million. The buildings, located at 14120, 14121, 14140 and 14141 Parke Long Court, contain 215,000 square feet of office, flex and industrial space. This brings the number of properties Velsor owns in Northern Virginia to 15.
